Main activity

  • Numerical stress analysis and computational modeling of material and component behavior using finite element methods (elastic-plastic stress analysis, analysis of crack tip stress, analysis of solid rolling, analysis of residual stress state and calculation)
  • Computational strength analyses in addition to knowledge of the material or component stressability, knowledge of the stresses present in the component is of course also of great importance. Particularly in the case of complex component structures, a stress analysis is hardly possible here without numerical simulation, for example using the finite element method (FEM).
