Measuring and Calibration Technology
Calibration and testing of material testing machines

Main activity

  • Qualification and classification of test equipment on site by calibration and testing of the measurands: Force, change in length, hardness, time, temperature, torque.
  • Further development of calibration and testing procedures

An extensive range of valuable measuring and calibration equipment, special measuring devices and transfer standards are available for testing and calibrating the testing machines listed below.

They include in detail:

  • Tensile, compression, bending testing machines from 0.01 N to 10,000 kN
  • Cycle fatigue and creep testing machines
  • Length and extension measuring devices up to 5,000 mm
  • Traverse speed up to 500 mm/min
  • Pendulum impact testers
  • Hardness testing machines according to Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore and IRHD.
  • Clamping devices
  • Surface tensile strength testing equipment
  • Special testing machines and complex test benches
  • other testing equipment based on force, length, time, torque and temperature.

For regularly recurring calibrations and tests, monitoring contracts can be concluded to ensure on-time repeat testing.

In addition to the standardized calibrations listed below as examples, special calibration and testing procedures are also developed and carried out.
